Tom joined Arch Henderson in 2018, and has since helped the company deliver designs for significant marine projects across the UK. Tom graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering in 2010. He then spent five years working for contractors in the UK, Australia and Papua New Guinea, before starting to specialise in the design of marine infrastructure in 2015. Tom's experience working for contractors in a design management capacity and also as a site engineer means he has a strong understanding of constructability and is able to apply this knowledge to the design stages of projects. Tom became a chartered member (CEng MICE) of the Institution of Civil Engineers in 2022.
