Douglas has over 30 years of experience in the design and project management of civil engineering, structural engineering and multi-disciplinary projects throughout the UK.
He has worked extensively in the Nuclear Industry, delivering a variety of specialised services to a broad client base. Douglas’s experience includes the design of site infrastructure, waste storage facilities, roadworks, drainage, accommodation buildings, land remediation and innovative structures.He also has extensive experience in the fields of design substantiation, decommissioning studies, specialist demolition techniques, feasibility studies, structural assessments, seismic assessments and the co-ordination of multi-disciplinary projects.
Douglas is also experienced in bridgeworks, including design, assessment, maintenance, strengthening and the site supervision, of motorway and trunk road structures.
